Lipstick on your Collar - red lips are essential for an authentic Forties look! This gorgeous 1940s style dress "Dorothy Dress Lipstick Red" by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury comes in the shade of your favourite lippy and is based on an original 1940s pattern with loving attention to detail. High neckline with classic Peter Pan collar, lightly puffed short sleeves with elastic at the cuffs, and 1940s style pin tucks on the bodice. The bodice closes with heart-shaped buttons, side zipper for easier wear. Tie belt at the waist.
Made from wonderfully authentic Rayon Crepe de Chine fabric. This delicate fabric is slightly transparent, so we would recommend wearing a slip underneath. This style runs true to size, please note that the material does not stretch. Skirt length 68 cm in size UK 10/S.
