Shipping and Payments

Customers resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg can pay via bank transfer or Paypal. Customers from all other countries can make their payment via Paypal.

Due to several issues with fraudulent orders in the past, we have limited pre-payment orders to 500 EUR. If you wish to order items above the value of 500 EUR and pay via bank transfer, please contact us by e-mail via info@peggysuevintage.de or phone +49-69+90437223.

If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal Plus gives you various options of payment, for example by credit card or direct debit.

The prices stated in our webshop include legal value-added tax and all other price components.

Shipping costs to Europe

Germany: 4.50 EUR per order, free shipping for orders over the order value of 50 EUR.

If you live in Frankfurt or are visiting, you can collect your web shop orders from our store in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen. You can try on the items and if you decide to purchase them, pay by cash or card in the store. 

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France (mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 12.50 EUR per order, free shipping for orders over the order value of 150 EUR.

Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: 13.50 EUR per order, free shipping for orders over the order value of 150 EUR.

Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal (mainland): 14.50 EUR per order, free shipping for orders over the order value of 150 EUR.

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland: 16.50 EUR per order, free shipping for orders over the order value of 150 EUR. Please note that if you order from outside the EU, you will have to pay for taxes and customs fees when you receive your shipment.

United Kingdom: 40 EUR per order. Due to several issues with DHL UK in the past, we might use other shipping companies to make sure you receive your order in time. Please note that you will have to pay for taxes and customs fees when you receive your shipment.

From January 1, 2023, we will no longer be able to ship items to Spain.

Outside Europe

Canada, United States of America: 60 EUR per order. Due to several issues with DHL overseas shipments in the past, we might use other shipping companies to make sure you receive your order in time. Please note that you will have to pay for taxes and customs fees when you receive your shipment. Delivery times can vary, 

Shipping costs to other countries

We are currently unable to ship to other countries outside Europe.

Please note that additional customs fees and taxes apply for shipments to non-EU countries.

Delivery times listed on the product pages apply to shipment within Germany only. Shipping to other countries may take from 2 up to 8 working days within Europe or up to 15 working days outside Europe, depending on country.
