Classic Forties style: Vintage style blouse "Helen Blouse Cream with Cream Ric Rac" by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury, based on an authentic 1940s pattern in a lovely cream Rayon Crepe de Chine fabric. The cream ric-rac trim is reminiscent of "Make Do And Mend" designs from the era. Classic Peter Pan collar, straight half sleeves, slightly looser fit. Smocking detail at the shoulder yoke, button facing in front with vintage style mother-of-pearl imitation buttons, ties with a bow at the waist.
Made from wonderfully authentic, slightly transparent fabric. This blouse runs true to size, the style has a looser fit at the top with a nipped-in waist.
