A real 1940s style cutie: Vintage style blouse "Helen Blouse Cream with Black Ric Rac" by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury, based on an authentic 1940s pattern in a lovely cream Rayon Crepe de Chine fabric. The black ric-rac trim is reminiscent of "Make Do And Mend" designs from the 1940s. Classic Peter Pan collar, straight half sleeves, slightly looser fit. Smocking detail at the shoulder yoke, button facing in front with pearl buttons, ties with a bow at the waist.
Made from wonderfully authentic, slightly transparent fabric. This blouse runs true to size, the style is rather loose at the top with a nipped-in waist.
