A wonderfully authentic 1940s-style shirt dress with a comfortable fit that makes it perfect for modern life: "Melody Shirtwaist Dress Berry Red" by Revival Vintage is made from a lightweight cotton-linen blend and is modelled on historical designs, with special attention to detail. Classic fitted bodice V-neckline and Havana-style collar, a special eye-catcher is the chevron effect on the shoulder yoke with a inset pocket on each side. Closes in front with three vintage-style buttons. Vertical darts at the waist ensure a perfect fit, while the flared skirt has two practical slanted front pockets. Side zipper. Very comfortable, lightweight material, perfect for sunny summer days - as the dress is slightly transparent, we recommend wearing an slip underneath.
