- The waist band is not adjustable! Size XS/S will fit about UK sizes 8 - 10 (German size 34/36), M/L is a UK 12 - 14 (German 38 - 40), XL/XXL will fit a UK size 16 - 18 (German 42/44), this is only a rough guide because the elasticated waistband will probably allow you to go up one more size.
