Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered within Germany and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Slovinia, Slovakia, USA.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,95 € per order.

From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France (mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands
Order value below 150 € = 17 €
Order value over 150 € = 0,00 €

Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia
Order value below 150 € = 18,00 €
Order value over 150 € = 0,00 €

Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania
Order value below 150 € = 19,00 €
Order value over 150 € = 0,00 €

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
Order value below 150 € = 26,50 €
Order value over 150 € = 0,00 €

Great Britain
Order value over 0 € = 35,00 €

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Taiwan
Order value over 0 € = 60,00 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
